mindosoft What I love about this track is its subtlety. It has just enough instrumentation to time travel you straight to the 80s, the vocals and lyrics are very nostalgic reminding me of movies of that time (karate kid, breakfast club).

I'm sure this record sounds really dated nowadays with some of the synth choices, the radio intros that are becoming more common, and especially the mix/master, but this was really something for its time. I remember first hearing the title track and enjoying the composition so much. Dimi's ambition and fun with this project come in his brand of Outrun that meshes itself with the Instrumental Rock of the 80's, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai come to mind. A Synthwave classic! VVMPYRE
